The latest advertisement for Halo: Reach depicts the creation of a Spartan warrior by having a young man leave Earth for outer space, where he receives special injections in order to heighten his abilities. The custom technology that is displayed in this ad, as well as the awesome new battle suit have me shivering in anticipation for the release of this new promotional game. It’s just a shame it’s only in beta testing right now…

Pii Pii Time!

In one of the wackiest promotional games to come out of Japan for the Wii, the new Pii Pii Brothers game focuses on trying to improve your accuracy amongst an assortment of different toilets when going for a number one. This crazy concept is hilarious, and will surely have you and your friends in fits of laughter, as you try to pee into the toilets you are shown. Just remember to bring your customized toiletry kit in case a real accident does happen!

Nintendo DS Goes Glucose!

Nintendo has created a promotional game for its DS gaming console that will actually allow one to receive a glucose level reading. While the idea may seem strange, when you factor in that most DS users are children, then the idea that this game will be a type of promotional healthcare that they will enjoy and most likely follow seems sound. It is actually quite ingenuitive of Nintendo to mix medicine and video gaming into a custom technology that will most likely be extremely effective.

Supreme Court to Rule on Video Games

Well it’s official, the Supreme Court is getting involved in the distribution of promotional games battle. Basically, after California made attempts to ban violent video games from being sold to minors…which they currently are already anyways…the Supreme Court has finally decided to take a look at the video game industry and to deem how their more adult-based games should be treated. The hope is there, however, for the video game industry that the promotional government policy run by our Supreme Court will see that video games are one of the best in the business at protecting minors from handling adult-themed games. With custom technology that makes it possible for parental controls to be available, and game ratings to prohibit sales to minors, as well as a few other tactics, the Supreme Court will hopefully rule on the video game industry’s side…so let’s keep our fingers crossed!

Promotional football player Drew Brees has been chosen to be on the face of the new Madden 2011 game. The current Super Bowl Champion had a magnificent season in which he saw the New Orleans Saints win their first ever Super Bowl. Madden 2010 was the best we’ve seen in a sports customized game to date, so the expectations in computer technology improvement will be set very high for the 2011 edition. The real question however, is will Drew Brees fall to the Madden curse?

They will now combine your gaming description needs with custom technology to place them on the disc and on your gaming console! If promotional games are even starting to go green, then surely it’ll be a matter of time before everything else does too. After all, technology is the way of the future!
